As we develop the gardens, we are committed to using drought-resistant plants and practices to conserve water. Elm trees growing along the creek outside the house provide cool shade from the summer sun and the Tramuntana. The restored olive grove is entering its third year and is maturing nicely. We are now re-establishing the orchard and vineyard, employing sustainable and earth-friendly practices.

We were fortunate to be allowed to include a swimming pool (a rarity in a national park) where you can exercise, stretch out or just relax enjoying the panoramic views.
